We can terminate or suspend your Account immediately, with no prior notice and for any reason whatsoever, also including without limitation if you violate the Terms.

After Termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. If you would like to end your account, you can simply stop using the Service or ask us to delete it.

Under no circumstances will HireNext, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data use, goodwill, or other intangible losses incurred due to:

• Your accessing of or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• The conduct or content of any third-party service on the Service;
• Third-party advertisements and other content;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, beyond warranty-based claims, contract (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
